League of Innovators (LOI) Foundations Inncubator

The LOI foundations program is a virtual idea incubator program for youth under the age of 25 years to build their entrepreneurial ideas into tangible minimum viable products (MVPs) ready for market. By the end of this program, I was able to move from idea generation to coding the MVP myself! The business idea is called BriefHub which aims to automate market research and packaging it in an easily accessible and organized way which saves someone at least an hour of time!

The LOI foundations program is a virtual idea incubator program for youth under the age of 25 years to build their entrepreneurial ideas into tangible minimum viable products (MVPs) ready for market. The Foundations Idea Incubator offers structure and guidance for the steps involved in getting an idea off the ground. The program is delivered online through workshops, coaching sessions, and an online step by step course that includes video/written content delivery.

With each week I learned a great deal exploring, researching, and building an idea from the ground up. Beyond what was taught in the program some of the best benefits was the networking with other entrepreneurs and learning from the guest entrepreneur speakers.

LOI is also supported by an outstanding network of great companies. The resources available post-program continue to make LOI invaluable for its entrepreneur alumni.

Learning Significance

  1. League of Innovators Foundations Idea Incubator was a fantastic program overall. We learned how to move an idea to MVP, met highly motivating speakers we connected with, networked with other entrepreneurs, and gained access to new resources through LOIs network of alumni and affiliated companies. All of this would not have been possible without the amazing LOI team creating our experience and putting all of this together.

On an individual level, the biggest takeaways were actually being accountable to myself and others for meeting my business goals and coming in every week with new info, research and eventually a prototype. The coaching was just as important because of the curated contextual advice we get the experienced LOI team and other entrepreneurs.

Lastly, the program begins a process of not just helping your business idea grow but also for finding your why. Sometimes, that's just as important if not the most important element to really get the nose to the grindstone. Whether it's changing the world through social entrepreneurship or being obsessed with a problem you encounter on a frequent basis, LOI helps you find your why.
