The first part of my portfolio is to hire a full stacked and dynamic team. This year, under my direction we have more than doubled our staff team from previous years! I had hired 20 people among 7 teams.
The hiring process was a fantastic learning experience for me in terms of interviewing people, carefully reviewing applications, as well as assigning team members based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and interpersonal dynamics. The most important aspect creating 6 teams is ensuring there are a leader and each group and hopefully the people I placed as directors live up to their full potential as I believe in my staff roster.
